Hoorah for Fremont Toyota in Lander, Wyoming... a company that does what they say they are going to do from start (when I bought my Rav4 in 2011) to finish (when I have my car serviced or just have a question to ask). They = Chad Cruickshank, salesperson; Dave Robins, head tech; Rick Christensen, Service Mgr.; and Matt Reed, Gen. Mgr... all of them are friendly, efficient, and consistently follow through with their promises to me, the customer. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Fremont Toyota in Lander! Kudos to all the folks there. J. Nelson

the Sales dept has been good to us for the past 27 years but SERVICE is terrible, worse then just incompetent they tried to rip us off several times did not give us the good, better, best option they only quoted top of the line parts and a HUGE labor bill at the same time they made the car worse before it just drifted left now shakes and they tried to blame my tire guys for the problem and changed their story for why it was drifting 3 times DON"T TRUST the service dept they are only out to make as much money as possible and think women are idiots and don't know anything about mechanics !!! I am sad to say that after a 27 year relationship with FREMONT MOTORS they have totally lost my trust and will never darken their doors again !

If I could leave a zero star I would. Got a very immature email from I'm assuming the sales manager saying they had "given up on me" and asked what they did to offend me? I only had requested info on an old Toyota Tacoma that they had already sold. I found that out after talking to a gal. Maybe they need better communication amongst themselves to realize a customer doesn't want to be harassed on a vehicle they don't want.

These people obviously do not care about my time. Tried calling twice to make an appointment for an oil change. No one in service ever answers the phone. Finally had to leave a voicemail, just to make an appointment. Finally called me back 2 hours later. No one had anytime in 2 hours to call back? Finally, day of appointment came, my truck was done a good 15 minutes and no one ever came to tell me it was done. Finally had to go track them down just so I could get out of there. I better stuff to do than sit in your waiting room all day.

Update: I made an attempt to contact this Mr. New at the phone number listed. The phone just rang, and there was no answering service attached to the number. Well I finally got fed up with the hunk of junk these folks sold me, so I took it down to the Fremont dealership in Casper where I took a pretty significant hit on the trade. All I can say is I will never purchase another used vehicle from the Fremont corporation. If they wanted to make this right, they can just send me a check for the amount they screwed me out of, but I would likely have better luck squeezing blood from a stone than getting any money out of these folks. So, if you are looking for a good deal, I would strongly suggest not going to Fremont Toyota. Apparently the good deals there are all too good to be true. Still, in the event they want to make this right, they know where to find me. I am considering putting one negative review on here for every dollar they cost me.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. The Jeep was listed on the website as "Fremont Certified." I got the Jeep home and it immediately started leaking oil. After a trip to the dealership in Casper, I was advised that the rear main seal needed replaced, along with several other issues that needed corrected. The vehicle was in the shop for over a week to get these repairs done. I had the Jeep out of the shop for approximately ten days when it sprung yet another leak. If this is what it means to be "Fremont Certified," this organization should be ashamed. When I purchased the vehicle, the sales staff assured me that they would arrange to have some minor body damage repaired, but that has yet to happen. Requests for information to be sent to the shop in Casper as agreed upon have been ignored. I bought the vehicle because it was "Fremont Certified" and is my only mode of transportation. I will likely be unloading the Jeep in the near future at great cost to me because I need reliable transportation. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from these unscrupulous opportunists.

Update: So I tried to contact this John New character at the email provided by Mr. New in his response here. According to other posts here, Mr. New is the General Manager of the shop in Lander. The website notes that the General Manager of the shop is Matt Reed. When I was done drafting an email detailing my concerns, I hit send. I got a message back stating this email address does not exist. This just looks like a ruse by the dealership to make it look like they are truly addressing the concerns of dissatisfied customers. On a side note, the salesman I worked with managed to find my phone number in order to wish me a happy birthday. I find it difficult to believe that the dealership cannot manage to contact me to address my concerns if they want to make this right.
