Great rooms to start with. Friendly, helping staff if you don't mind waiting for one to show up to help. The dinner hall was nice and clean, but the service was a C at best. The food was great! Overall 4/5 stars. I'd stay here again just about anytime.
Beautiful new casino. Too bad they have never found someone to run it who knew what they were doing. The machines are so tight that they squeak! People won't go to a place where they don't win. Locals are where their real year long money is and locals have long memories and they talk to each other. Very few jackpots have been won since the new casino was built in comparison to before.
We stayed at this Hotel on our way to Brighton Colorado after leaving Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Forest. The hotel rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff was great. The casino area was open and spacious. It didn't feel as if you were crowded. Overall I would rate this as a 5 in cleanliness, hospitality and service.
We spent 3 nights at Shoshone Rose Hotel and keep a great memory of our stay in the Wind River reservation. The hotel is pretty new and rooms are modern and comfordable. Staff is very welcoming and professionnal. Beside playing at the 24/7 casino or enjoying the pool, there are many thing to do in the area. We recommend to explore the reservation for natural and historical landmarks, and discover the Shoshone culture. Shoshone people have been incredibly friendly during our stay. It is a define place to go for a truly authentic experience.
Hotel is very nice. Employee's are friendly. I would like it if just one time they had the Texas Holdem Table open. Every time we stay the table is closed. They rate a 4
