I walked into the store needing to get some new strings for my violin. No one greeted me. I walked out to my vehicle to get my violin and came back into the store. Again, no one greeted me. I sat there for a few minutes. One of the guys walked by me and grabbed something from behind the counter, again, didn't even bother to see of I needed any help. I sat there for another few minutes. Nothing happened. So, I walked out.
Terrible service. The 2 employees were incredibly rude to me and basically had me out of the store within a minute of entering. Not going there again
They have a wide selection of instruments and accessories of good quality and knowledgeable staff
They are our main supplier of musical equipment. Fair priced and professional service. We appreciate having them in town!
