First visited there in 1965 wonderful hard working people. We camped on the ranch with permission of course with my father and mother Col, Herbert E. Pierce near the Feese's such intelligent rock hounds who had explored the Yucatan in the tern of the century. the Oregon trail runs behind the Ranch House which there daughter showed me the way as a Native family I gloried in the history of this true American family and Ranch.
In 1995 I took my wife to visit if only for a couple of hours with the Matriarch of this truely historic family.
