My wife and I have been State Farm customers for decades. We had our home, auto, and personal articles all bundled. We always paid premiums on time and did not have claims. And then without any notice, our personal articles premium doubled. I tried to find out why. It's because State Farm was losing money on the program and chose to pass that cost along to loyal existing customers who had never made a claim. They would not work to resolve this issue with us other than trying to convince us that we needed more items covered. Not impressed. Will begrudgingly continue to pay home and auto, but no longer a fan of State Farm.
